How to play craps?

Now that you know how the game came about, let's get down to the rules, which are actually quite simple. Just like in other dice games, the goal is to try to guess what the dice will show. Then you should bet on the combination that you think will appear. What makes some new casino players a little discouraged when they see the game plan in craps is that there are so many different bets to choose from. But it's surprisingly fast to learn how they work. And the best way, of course, is to play a number of test rounds with play money before you start betting for real. Craps can either be played between two private individuals (street craps), or between a player and the bank / casino (casino craps). This is how another game round goes

Each round of play begins with all players placing their bets on the craps table. Then it is the player to the left of the dealer who gets to choose two dice out of a total of five. Craps is always played with two dice. The result of a roll can thus be a sum between 2 and 12.

Before the dice can be rolled, the player must either bet on "pass" or "do not pass". If the dice after they are rolled together show either 7 or 11, which is called natural, the players who bet on "passes" win. If the dice instead show the sum 2, 3 or 12, which is called craps, the player who bet on "do not pass" wins. When either of these two scenarios occurs, the game round ends. But if the sum of the dice instead becomes 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10, the number becomes a so-called "point". Then the player must try to get the same amount again to have the opportunity to win the game round. The round can also end with a loss if the sum of the dice is 7, which is called "seven out".
